Kindergarten and First Grade students set individual goals for their IREADY Midyear diagnostics for Reading and Math based on expected growth from their baseline scores. We also set two building-wide goals--80% of students would meet their growth goals in Reading and Math--and met both of our goals! Classes voted before the testing window on what they would like to earn if we met their building goals. Students chose donuts for the Math goal and a dance party for their Reading goal. We had a blast on Friday celebrating their hard work!
